Maintenance Service Terms
1、 Service target:
The service content specified in this after-sales service clause applies to controller products, low-voltage AC servo products, and all supporting products purchased through LAVICHIP and its authorized legal channels in the Chinese market.
2、 Service items:
1. Warranty period: controller: 12 months; Drive motor: 12 months.
During the warranty period, if the product experiences non human error, we will provide warranty services for you. Please contact the business
personnel and fill out the "Repair Application Form" (main information such as product model, serial number, fault description, special requirements,
etc.), and send it to our company's repair center. We will complete the repair within the repair cycle and return it to you.
The warranty period calculation method generally uses barcode management to scan the delivery time as the delivery time (if the customer
can provide accurate proof of delivery time, it can also be used as the delivery time).
2. Exchange:
Within 3 months from the date of product shipment, if there is a non human error with the product, we can replace it with a product of the same model for you.
3. Lifetime maintenance:
We will provide lifelong maintenance services for our customers. We provide paid repair services for faulty products that are within
the warranty period but do not meet the warranty conditions or exceed the warranty period. After the customer confirms acceptance
of the repair cost, we arrange for the repair of the product. However, repair services cannot be provided for products that have already
been discontinued, or for returned products that lack repair materials or are severely damaged without repair value.
4. Maintenance costs:
1) During the warranty period, products that are not caused by human factors will be repaired free of charge;
2) We will charge the cost, labor, and shipping fees for components that exceed the warranty period or are artificially damaged
according to different models and degrees of damage; The specific cost will be quoted to you by the corresponding business personnel;
3) Freight: The freight for products within the warranty scope will be borne by our company for one way, while the freight for products
outside the warranty scope will be borne by the customer;
3、 Conditions without free warranty:
1) Product failures caused by force majeure factors such as fires, floods, earthquakes, etc;
2) Damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer;
3)
Failure of the product caused by unauthorized personnel disassembling, repairing, or modifying the product;
4)
Products purchased through legitimate channels that are not directly sold or authorized by LAVICHIP;
5)
The product code cannot be recognized due to tearing, alteration, or other reasons of the product code;
4、 Repair process:
1) Repair application: The customer sends the repaired products along with the "Repair Application
Form" to the corresponding LAVICHIP repair center according to the different types of products;
2) After receiving the repair product, LAVICHIP confirms whether it is a chargeable repair. If so,
LAVICHIP will contact the customer for a repair quotation;
3) Arrange repairs and return them to the customer within the repair cycle. The maintenance cycle
is defined as the total number of working days from the day the company receives the customer's return
product to the day it is sent to the customer after maintenance is completed. During the maintenance
process of LAVICHIP repair products, business personnel will contact customers to confirm relevant information.
If the response to the information is delayed due to customer reasons, the repair cycle will need to be extended accordingly.
5、 Customer Notice
1) Please try to back up the program parameters before sending them for repair, as it may cause the program
parameter settings to be irretrievable after repair.
2) Due to our company's products being precision electronic products, customers should pay attention to using safe
and reliable packaging and transportation methods when returning the products to avoid more serious damage caused
by transportation. It is recommended that customers purchase transportation insurance. Our company will not be liable
for compensation for losses caused by transportation reasons or other uncontrollable reasons during transportation.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
3) The customer did not receive feedback within one week after the repair item was sent out. Please call the corresponding
business personnel to check to avoid losing the repair item during transportation.
